To support accurate client invoicing and revenue reconciliation, the full-time Billing Associate will prepare client instalment and audit invoices, maintain revenue reporting, and reconcile accounts while working remotely. Key responsibilities Create accurate instalment and per-claim invoices for assigned clients and allocate revenue accordingly Maintain client billing files and ensure current billing instructions are up to date Analyze revenue variances against budget and generate monthly reports Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Two years of billing or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of general accounting practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office products Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment
