The role offers a strong blend of billing, customer account management, account reconciliations, and accounting support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing activities and ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely.
• Review supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with project managers and operational teams to facilitate accurate invoicing and resolve billing issues.
• Support account reconciliations and customer account management activities.
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related function.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in construction, engineering, architecture, professional services, or another project-based environment is a plus.
