Mid Valley Disposal is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator to support operations at our Material Recovery Facility (MRF) and Compost Operations site. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating heavy machinery, and being part of a company focused on environmental sustainability, we want to hear from you.
This position plays a key role in keeping materials moving efficiently throughout our recycling and composting operations while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
What You’ll DoThis role involves working around heavy equipment, dust, noise, and outdoor environmental conditions. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical tasks including walking, climbing, bending, and operating machinery throughout the shift.
