We are looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee budgeting, reporting, and operational guidance for a network of nonprofits in San Jose, California. This W2 hourly position will play a central role in strengthening fiscal planning, supporting operations, financial analysis, and advising leadership on critical decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in budgeting, month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting, along with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations. The role is hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote). The client is on QuickBooks Online (proficiency with this software is highly preferred). If you are bilingual in Spanish, that would be helpful but not required.
