The Accounting Manager will oversee accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of nonprofit and for-profit clients while working closely with leadership on client needs and continued growth.Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.Responsibilities:Manage accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of nonprofit and for-profit clientsOversee month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparationServe as a primary accounting resource for clients and provide guidance on financial and accounting mattersManage multiple client relationships, deadlines, and recurring deliverablesSupport budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and other controller-level accounting needsAssist with tax planning and tax-related accounting matters as neededIdentify opportunities to improve client accounting processes and internal workflowsQualifications:6+ years of progressive accounting experiencePrior public accounting experience required, specifically within outsourced accounting or client accounting servicesActive CPA license strongly preferredStrong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close, and general ledger accountingExperience independently managing multiple client xhyhwjd relationships or engagementsNonprofit accounting experience strongly preferredTax preparation or tax planning experience preferredProficiency with QuickBooks Online required; Sage Intacct experience preferredStrong communication, organization, and client service skillsIf you are an experienced accounting professional looking for a client-facing role that offers meaningful ownership, flexibility, and the opportunity to make an impact within a growing organization, we encourage you to apply.
